Kleyman Law Group is a Brooklyn business litigation firm. We represent companies and their owners across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island in the disputes and transactions that define their future. For over fifteen years, we have handled contract disputes, partnership breakdowns, commercial litigation, and the deals that move companies forward. Who Leads the Firm
The firm was founded by Alex Kleyman, a New York litigator admitted to practice since 2011 in the state courts and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

What kind of legal issues does the firm handle?
At Kleyman Law Group our attorneys are seasoned litigators in business and commercial disputes. We prosecute and defend matters involving contracts, partnerships and shareholders, fraud, commercial real estate, construction disputes and injunctive relief, and we write the agreements meant to keep those disputes out of a courtroom.
